"The essence of martial arts and military strategies is self-protection and danger prevention." Ninjutsu embodies the most complete concept of self-protection through martial training, because ninja art is about protecting not only the physical body but also the heart (mind) and soul. 

Ninja's Way (ninpô qui) is the way of endurance, survival and victory over all who would wish to destroy us. More than just punches and cuts, and more complex than just victory over an enemy, ninjutsu is the way to achieve what we need while making the world a better place.

Without the right mindset, continuous exposure to combat techniques can lead to ruin rather than personal growth.
